The article examines the impact of military operations on the logistics potential of Ukraine. The economic consequences caused to the objects of the transport and logistics infrastructure as a result of the aggressive actions of the enemy are analyzed. A huge number of port, water, railway and road infrastructure facilities strategic for supporting the country's export potential were destroyed and damaged, the current logistics system was completely transformed and transport and logistics chains were rebuilt, which caused enormous damage to the logistics capabilities of Ukraine's infrastructure. It has been established that in order to maintain the country's defense capability and secure victory in the war, today it is extremely important to stimulate the processes of rebuilding the logistics potential of Ukraine and to promote the formation of safe transport and logistics chains. On this basis, the key directions of the post-war revival of Ukraine's logistics potential have been determined. It is substantiated that in order to restore the capabilities of the transport and logistics infrastructure to ensure the timely formation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to maintain economic activity in the country, it is necessary to implement projects of their innovative modernization and to search for investment means to support their implementation. It was determined that there is an urgent need to form a network of cross-border transport and logistics centers and terminals, to build high-speed railway lines of the European track standard and automated border crossing points. It has been proven that it is also important to support initiatives for the digitization and robotization of logistics processes, the implementation of environmental projects, including those aimed at the development of eco- industrial zones in the country, which will allow stimulating the processes of restoring the logistics potential of Ukraine and creating a reliable logistics support for the future victory over the enemy.

У статті досліджено вплив воєнних дій на логістичний потенціал України. Проаналізовано економічні наслідки, завдані об’єктам транспортно-логістичної інфраструктури в результаті агресивних вчинків ворога. Встановлено, що для підтримки обороноздатності країни і впевненої перемоги у війні сьогодні вкрай важливо стимулювати процеси відбудови логістичного потенціалу України і сприяти формуванню безпечних транспортно-логістичних ланцюгів. На цій основі визначено ключові напрями поствоєнного відродження логістичного потенціалу України.
