Abstract

Дорогая И. Влияние организационной метафоры на стратегию развития компании. Современные концепции в управлении организационными изменениями предполагают, использование различных моделей изменения, которые ориентированы на ту или иную организационную метафора. Ученые выбирают большое количество организационных метафор. Основные четыре организационные метафоры: деятельность организациикак машина, организм, политическая система, поток и преобразования. В этой статье рассмотрены основные элементы организационной метафоры и их влияние описанных на формирование стратегии организации. Дорога І.
