MODERN MODELS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION STRATEGIES OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article highlights modern models for implementing digital transformation strategies for business processes of commercial enterprises in Ukraine. The relevance of the topic is driven by the need to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve their adaptability to dynamic changes in the market environment, and ensure sustainable development in the context of global digitalization. The study focuses on the use of advanced digital technologies such as cloud computing, robotic process automation (RPA), the Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, and CRM systems. The impact of these technologies on business organization, process optimization, operational cost reduction, faster managerial decision-making, and improved customer satisfaction is analyzed. Comprehensive models for implementing digital strategies are proposed, taking into account the specifics of Ukrainian enterprises and the modern challenges of the business environment. The key stages of transformation implementation are identified: diagnosing the current state of business processes, setting goals and performance indicators (KPIs), designing digital infrastructure, implementing technological solutions, adapting corporate culture, training personnel, and continuous monitoring of the implemented changes. Particular attention is paid to automating routine operations, integrating digital platforms into a unified information ecosystem, analyzing large datasets for strategic decision-making, and creating personalized customer offerings. The article emphasizes the importance of the synergistic use of digital technologies, which enables the creation of a resilient ecosystem capable of quickly responding to changes, optimizing costs, and ensuring high productivity levels. The significance of developing the digital competencies of employees, the readiness of enterprises for innovation, and their adaptation to new market conditions is underscored. The proposed models are versatile and can be adapted to various operational conditions, making them relevant for a wide range of Ukrainian enterprises aiming to maintain leadership positions in the context of intense competition and the digital transformation of the global market.

У статті досліджено сучасні моделі реалізації стратегій цифрової трансформації бізнес-процесів комерційних підприємств України. Акцент зроблено на використанні новітніх цифрових технологій, таких як хмарні обчислення, роботизація бізнес-процесів (RPA), Інтернет речей (IoT), аналітика даних та CRM-системи. Проаналізовано вплив цих технологій на внутрішню організацію бізнесу, оптимізацію процесів, зменшення операційних витрат, прискорення прийняття управлінських рішень та підвищення задоволеності клієнтів. Запропоновано комплексні моделі впровадження цифрових стратегій, які враховують специфіку діяльності українських підприємств та сучасні виклики бізнес-середовища. Визначено ключові етапи реалізації трансформації. Особливу увагу приділено автоматизації рутинних операцій, інтеграції цифрових платформ у єдину інформаційну екосистему, аналізу великих обсягів даних для прийняття стратегічних рішень та створенню персоналізованих пропозицій для клієнтів. У статті підкреслено важливість синергетичного використання цифрових технологій, яке дозволяє створити стійку екосистему, здатну швидко реагувати на зміни, оптимізувати витрати та забезпечувати високий рівень продуктивності.
