PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT IN THE REGION

Abstract

The article outlines the prospects for the development of theprocess of activating the management of agriculturalmanagement at the regional level. The significant role of thedevelopment of digitalization processes and the introduction ofinnovations in leading sectors of the economy and people'severyday lives is substantiated. The relevance of the studyconcerns the emphasis on the feasibility of implementinginformation and communication technologies, sincedigitalization processes are the key basis for ensuring thesuccessful functioning of agricultural enterprises and conductingagricultural business, regardless of the level at which theiractivities are carried out, in particular national or regional. Theuse of digitalization processes to ensure the prospects for thedevelopment of the agricultural sector is characterized byinnovative opportunities that can significantly influence theformation of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprisesin the difficult conditions of digital transformational changes.Research in the field of information and communicationtechnologies has made it possible to identify the main areas andtools for the digitalization of agrarian business and agriculturalmanagement in general, which include increasing productivity,modernization of production, digitalization of management,digitalization of marketing, and digitalization of logistics. Theimplementation of these technologies helps agricultural entitiesincrease yields, reduce costs, and reduce environmental impact,which are important elements of sustainable development of theagricultural sector. Factor features of the digitalization ofagrarian business were identified, relating to the level ofinfrastructure development, climatic conditions, economic levelof development of the region, education and training ofpersonnel. The regional features of the implementation of digitaltechnologies in agriculture were studied, in particular theTranscarpathian region, where there are several types ofagricultural enterprises that actively implement digitaltechnologies and innovations to increase efficiency andproductivity. It is emphasized that the latest digital technologiescan change traditional agricultural practices, helping to ensureits efficiency, sustainability, and the elimination of negativeimpacts and unpredictable transformational changes in theagricultural sector of Transcarpathia. Effectiveness isdetermined by the identification of approaches to ensuring thepromising development of agricultural production, in particularwithin the framework of regional management, primarily basedon the use of potential opportunities for the development ofagriculture.

У статті окреслено перспективи розвитку активізації процесу менеджменту аграрногогосподарювання на регіональному рівні. Обґрунтовано вагому роль розвитку процесів цифровізації тавпровадження інновацій у провідні галузі економіки та повсякденне життя людей. Актуальністьдослідження стосується акцентуванням уваги щодо доцільності впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, оскільки процеси цифровізації є ключовою основою забезпечення успішногофункціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств, ведення аграрного бізнесу незалежно від того наякому рівні, зокрема національному чи регіональному здійснюється їх діяльність. Виявлено факторніособливості діджиталізації аграрного бізнесу, що стосуються рівня розвитку інфраструктури,кліматичних умов, економічного рівня розвитку регіону, навчання та підготовки кадрів. Дослідженорегіональні особливості впровадження цифрових технологій у сфері сільського господарства аграрногогосподарювання, зокрема Закарпатської області, де є кілька типів агропідприємств, які активновпроваджують цифрові технології та інновації для підвищення ефективності та продуктивності.
