The content of ceruloplasmin and products of a protein oxidative modification in acute renal insufficiency under different conditions of lighting

The content of ceruloplasmin and products of a protein oxidative modification in acute renal insufficiency under different conditions of lighting

Abstract

The role of the processes of protein peroxidation and the content of the antioxidant of ceruloplasmin in the renal tissue under the conditions of glycerol renal insuffiency has been investigated in experiments on albino nonline rats. It has been corroborated that with the development of acute renal insufficiency a rise of the activity of the processes of the protein oxidation modification in kidneys takes place against a background of a reduction of the activity of the enzymes of antioxidant defense that is a one of the principal pathogenetic mechanisms of a progression and complication of acute renal insufficiency. Distinctions in the development of oxidative stress under a diverse length of the photoperiod have been demonstrated at that.
