Means of determination of angular parameters of tips

Abstract

Recently, much attention has been paid to the problem of determining the geometric parameters of the micro objects, including tips, as they determine the stability of the instrument. The article suggests a method of determining the angular parameters of tips, which is based on edge detection of objects with low-frequency filtering performed by elemental transformation and automatic determination of threshold of binarization by Otsu method, thus reducing the noise components of the image contour of objects, and this increases the accuracy of definition of geometrical parameters. The algorithm of work and software implementation of means of determination of the angular parameters of tips were presented. It differs from the well-known domestic and foreign counterparts by highly automated process. The suggested method can be used to determine the geometrical parameters of micro and small objects, such as details of mechanisms of surface and gems treatment

Представлено средство определения угловых параметров наконечников, основано на выделении контуров и выполнении автоматического определения порога бинаризации по методу Оцу, что позволяет выровнять интенсивность в контурах объектов изображения, уменьшить шумовые составляющие и повысить точность за счет высокой степени автоматизации процесса

Представлено засіб визначення кутових параметрів наконечників, який оснований на виділенні контурів та виконанні автоматичного визначення порогу бінаризації за методом Оцу, що дозволяє вирівняти інтенсивність в контурах об’єктів зображення, зменшити шумові складові та підвищити точність за рахунок високого ступеня автоматизації процесу
