
Introduction. The problem of formation and maintenance of the professional health of specialists over the past decades has acquired a new topical importance for specialists of almost all types of professions, especially this issue is rapidly gaining significant relevance, for professions that are part of the largest demand in society, i.e. specialists in law, psychology, IT companies . Each of the specified spheres of professional activity has its own features, specifics, certain risks of the development of destructive phenomena that can affect the professional health of specialists. That is why, in our opinion, the determination of the psychological features of the formation of the professional health of specialists, in particular the IT sphere, is relevant and timely. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to highlight current scientific approaches to solving the problem of the formation of professional health of specialists, with the aim of developing a psychological program for its formation among IT specialists. Methods: testing, survey, expert assessment of activity, mathematical and statistical analysis. Originality. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time an attempt was made to approach a comprehensive solution to the scientific problem of the professional health formation of IT specialists, using the scientific approaches of the theory of the activity approach representatives, in particular the concept of functional systems by P. Anokhin. A review of the scientific literature and evaluation of experts involved in the analysis of the activities of specialists made it possible to develop a Model of the professional activity functional system of the "man-technology", in particular, of digital technologies employees. The developed model made it possible to develop a psychological program for the formation of the professional health of IT companies employees, which consists of five main blocks: Preparatory; Food resources; Healthy sleep; Motor activity; A conscious attitude to a healthy lifestyle "Consciousness". Conclusion. The retrospective analysis of scientific approaches to the problem of psychological support of the professional activity of specialists in various fields began to be actively investigated by the activity approach representatives and researchers of the ergonomic field of organization and humanization of work. Prospects for further research in this direction are seen in the conducted empirical part of the study with the aim of determining the application of the psychological program effectiveness and developing methodological recommendations for its implementation in order to improve measures for psychological support and support of the professional health of IT companies employees. We believe that individual modules of the program can be effectively applied to other professions related to human-human and human-technology systems. Further study of the personality in the activity will allow to most deeply reveal the cause-and-effect relationships of the individual, which determine his interaction with objective reality and understand the nature of his attitude towards himself, the environment, and society; evaluate his priorities, awareness, knowledge, abilities, psychophysiological capabilities, predict the direction of his transformations, as well as determine his psychological and professional readiness to overcome professional problems, self-determination, self-regulation, self-actualization and self-development. Accordingly, the study of the work subject activity, first of all, requires the definition of a research strategy, which in turn requires theoretically grounded principles of its construction; ideologies; methodology and technology, which we aim to implement in our further scientific research.
Проблема формування та підтримання професійного здоровʼя фахівців за останні десятиліття набула нового актуального значення практично для фахівців усіх видів професій, особливо це питання стрімко набирає значимої актуальності, для професій, що входять до складу найбільшого запиту у суспільстві, це фахівців права, психології, ІТ-компаній. Кожна із зазначених сфер професійної діяльності має свої особливості, специфіку, певні ризики розвитку деструктивних явищ, що можуть впливати на професійне здоровʼя фахівців. Саме тому визначення психологічних особливостей формування професійного здоровʼя фахівців, зокрема ІТ-сфери на наш погляд є актуальним і своєчасним.
