Purpose. To determine the digital management tools required for anti-crisis business management. To analyse the state of digital technologies in domestic enterprises and substantiate the advantages of digitalisation for business. To provide proposals for the implementation of digital technologies in Ukraine’s railway transport under crisis conditions. Methods. In order to achieve the stated purpose, the methods of analogy, modelling, comparative analysis, and systems analysis were employed. Results. The study examines factors influencing the process of business digitalisation in Ukraine. An analysis of how digitalisation will affect forms of employment up to 2030 is provided. Suggestions are offered regarding the modernisation of passenger railway infrastructure in crisis conditions, aimed at enhancing project management efficiency in Ukraine’s rail sector. Scientific novelty. It is substantiated that digitalisation is a managerial trend that transforms the realities of company governance and elevates them to a new level. It has been found that, due to the rapid introduction of digitalisation, employment formats will evolve, with remote work, part-time work, project-based work, and freelancing becoming increasingly sought after. The study proposes improving the process of managing the modernisation of railway passenger infrastructure during a crisis by establishing a digital platform. This platform will secure public support for modernisation projects and optimise project management through the implementation of information and communication tools. Practical significance. Employing digital management tools, particularly digital platforms, will help create more favourable conditions for business development in crisis situations. The developed model for managing the modernisation of passenger railway infrastructure based on digital technologies, aimed at supporting the implementation of modernisation projects, will contribute to improving the quality of managerial decisions and accelerating their realisation processes.

Мета. Визначити інструменти діджитал - менеджменту, які потрібно використовувати для антикризового управління бізнесом. Проаналізувати стан цифрових технологій на вітчизняних підприємствах та обґрунтувати переваги цифровізації для бізнесу. Надати пропозиції щодо впровадження цифрових технологій на залізничному транспорті України в умовах кризи. Методика. Для досягнення поставленої мети застосовані методи аналогій, моделювання, порівняльного аналізу, системний аналіз. Результати. Розглянуто фактори, що впливають на процес цифровізації бізнесу в Україні. Виконано аналіз впливу цифровізації на формати зайнятості населення до 2030 року. Надано пропозиції щодо модернізації інфраструктури пасажирських перевезень залізниці в умовах кризи, для підвищення ефективності проєктного менеджменту залізничного транспорту в Україні. Наукова новизна. Обґрунтовано, що цифровізація – це тренд менеджменту, що змінює реалії управління компаніями та виводить їх на новий рівень. З’ясовано, що через швидке впровадження цифровізації, формати зайнятості будуть змінюватися, затребувані формати: віддалена робота, часткова зайнятість, проєктна робота, фріланс. Запропоновано удосконалити процес управління модернізацією інфраструктури пасажирських перевезень залізниці в умовах кризи за рахунок формування цифрової платформи, що забезпечить суспільну підтримку процесів реалізації проєктів модернізації й оптимізацію проєктного менеджменту за рахунок впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних інструментівПрактична значимість. Використання інструментів діджитал - менеджменту, особливо цифрових платформ, допоможе створити більш привабливі умови для розвитку бізнесу в умовах кризи. Розроблена модель управління модернізацією інфраструктури залізничних пасажирських перевезень на основі цифрових технологій, яка спрямована на забезпечення підтримки реалізації проєктів модернізації, буде сприяти підвищенню якості управлінських рішень та прискоренню процесів їх реалізації.
