PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION SPECIALISTS FOR SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL WORK WITH PEOPLE OF THE THIRD AGE

Abstract

The process of forming a highly educated specialist depends both on the environment and the immediate environment in which he or she is formed, and on the specific conditions under which the formation process takes place. Therefore, in order to carry out a thorough analysis of the training of future physical education specialists for sports and recreational work with people of the third age, it is necessary to identify among the set of existing organizational and pedagogical conditions those that provide a multifaceted process of forming a qualified graduate of the specialty “Physical Culture and Sports”. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem and pedagogical observations, the results of the expert survey, generalization of the identified shortcomings of training specialists in physical education, it was possible to establish that the following organizational and pedagogical conditions can provide an effective influence on the process of training future specialists in physical education for sports and recreational work with people of the third age: formation of motivation for professional activity and formation of professional value orientations; creation of a favorable environment for mastering the system of knowledge and skills necessary for future physical education specialists for sports and recreation work; application of modern technical teaching aids in the process of professional training of future physical education teachers. Substantiated organizational and pedagogical conditions will help to improve the level of training of physical education specialists for professional activity and will form the basis for creating a model for training future physical education specialists for sports and recreational work with people of the third age.

Для підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання до спортивно-оздоровчої роботи з людьми третього віку потрібно дотримуватися таких організаційно-педагогічних умов: сформованість мотивації до професійної діяльності та формування професійних ціннісних орієнтацій; створення сприятливого середовища для опанування системою знань та вмінь, необхідних майбутнім фахівцям з фізичного виховання для спортивно-оздоровчої роботи; застосування сучасних технічних засобів навчання, у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури.
