Innovative approaches to management of professional and creative development in higher education: teaching specializations in the European dimension

Abstract

The peculiarities of innovative approaches to the management of professional and creative development of students in higher education, particularly in pedagogical specialties, are substantiated. An analysis of the interpretation of the concepts of "management," "innovative approach," "professional development," "creative potential," and "European dimension" was conducted. The main scientific research on innovative approaches to the management of professional and creative development of students in higher education within pedagogical specialties has been clarified. It has been confirmed that the innovative approach provides conditions for introducing systemic changes in the management of the professional and creative development of students in higher education, particularly in pedagogical specialties, within the European dimension. These changes are aimed at development and improvement of work, contribute to the introduction of new content and forms of management activity at the level of higher education institutions, and improve the organizational and professional culture of these institutions. These changes are aimed at development and improvement of work, contribute to the introduction of new content and forms of management activity at the level of higher education institutions, and improve the organizational and professional culture of these institutions. This approach makes it possible to conduct pedagogical experimental studies on the content of the management process, training technologies, and the education of higher education students. The result is a significant increase in the effectiveness of higher education activities. The analysis carried out does not exhaust all aspects of the investigated problem and highlights the need for further study on the current state of management of professional and creative development of higher education students in pedagogical specialties. Prospects for further research include the following problems: the importance of artificial intelligence in managing the scientific research of students of higher education in pedagogical specialties; historical prerequisites for the establishment of higher education institutions’ management in European countries; and the use of innovative technologies to manage the professional and creative development of students in higher education in pedagogical specialties.
