The Effectiveness of a New Method of Treatment of Patients with Lesion of the Pancreas in Multiple Trauma

Abstract

We determined the efficiency of the new method of surgical treatment with the use in patients of improved method of the blockade of the pancreas, damaged in multiple trauma. It is found that the use of the proposed method can reduce the occurrence of postoperative pancreatogenic complications, namely post-traumatic pancreatitis, which is one of the main causes of disability and mortality of patients.
