Abstract

The report provides an overview of the grounds for refusing to grant legal protection to trademarks at the stage of conducting a qualifying examination, and also examines the issue of trademark identity. The detailed analysis of the provisions of current legislation was conducted. The issue of similarity of trademarks is highlighted, and types of similarity are also named

У доповіді зроблено огляд на підстави для відмови у наданні правової охорони торговельним маркам на етапі проведення кваліфікаційної експертизи, а також розглянуто питання тотожності торговельних марок. Здійснено детальний аналіз положень чинного законодавства. Висвітлено питання схожості торговельних марок, а також названо види схожості.
