IDENTIFICATION OF DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC OF TEMPERATURE TRANSDUCERS

Abstract

In this article the analysis of preset techniques for dynamic identification of temperature transducers is expressed. The proposed technique includes step temperature changing in temperature transducer input by means of laser irradiation of its sensor until the steady state of temperature transducer will be achieved with parallel transient response registration. Numerical investigations of acquired data have demonstrated that the proposed method performs satisfactorily and is better than others. Test rig, used for experimental validation of proposed technique, features of output signal and model of transfer function of “C” type thermocouple are presented.

В статті проаналізовано існуючі методи ідентифікації динамічних характеристик термоперетворювачів. Запропоновано метод експериментального визначення динамічних характеристик термоперетворювачів, який полягає в створенні ступінчатого тестового впливу на чутливий елемент термоперетворювача, за рахунок опромінення його лазерним променем і в паралельній реєстрації його перехідної характеристики. Приведено схему тестового обладнання, характеристики вихідного сигналу та модель передавальної функції термопари типу С.

В статье проанализировано существующие методы идентификации динамических характеристик термопреобразователей. Предложен метод экспериментального определения динамических характеристик термопреобразователей, который состоит в создании тестового влияния на чувствительный элемент термопреобразователя и параллельной регистрации его переходной характеристики. Приведено схему тестового оборудования, характеристики выходного сигнала и модель передаточной функции термопары типа С.
