Essence, contents and problem-solving questions of the determination factors and conditions social-political situation, which directly or is mediated influence upon activity of the interior troops are considered. Certain need of the motivation of the factors and standard of estimation condition social-political situation, as well as development of the ways of its estimation and forecasting in interest of official-combat activity by interior troops.

Розглянуто сутність, зміст і проблемні питання визначення факторів та умов суспільнополітичної обстановки, які безпосередньо або опосередковано впливають на діяльність внутрішніх військ. Визначено необхідність обґрунтування показників і критеріїв оцінювання стану суспільнополітичної обстановки, а також розроблення способів її оцінювання і прогнозування в інтересах виконання службово-бойових завдань внутрішніми військами.
