Reasonable Terms of Court Trial: Organizational Aspects

Abstract

Осуществлен анализ проблемы справедливого рассмотрения судебных дел в «разумные» сроки в соответствии с действующим законодательством о судоустройстве. На основе анализа практики Европейского суда по правам человека предложены рекомендации по сокращению сроков судебного разбирательства.

The article presents analysis of fair and public court hearings within a reasonable time under legislation on judiciary of Ukraine. The author gives some recommendations on shortening the time of court hearings based on the standards of European Court of Human Rights.

Проаналізовано проблему справедливого розгляду судових справ у «розумні» строки відповідно до чинного законодавства про судоустрій. На підставі аналізу практики Європейського суду з прав людини запропоновано рекомендації щодо скорочення строків судового провадження.
