Stress resistance as a component of the successful development of marketing employees

Abstract

The article analyzes and makes a comparative analysis of scientific approaches to the problem of stress resistance of the individual and the features that affect its formation in the system of psychological support. The expediency of using the system of measures of psychological support of stress resistance of employees of the organization substantiated. The biological, social, age-related prerequisites for the formation of EQ are revealed, "mixed model" of emotional intelligence, which assumes haracterize it: motivation, empathy, self-knowledge, social skills, self-regulation, social skills, self-knowledge. It is emphasized that the mentality of Ukrainians has specific features that allow them to successfully develop EQ, achieve professional success, and realize themselves in life. The extremely important importance of empathy for the marketing sphere is emphasized, and the direct dependence of successful career growth and professional development on the level of EQ is emphasized. That is why stress resistance and emotional competence are a very important prerequisite for the formation of professionalism in the field of marketing.

В статті проаналізовано та здійснено порівняльний аналіз наукових підходів до проблеми стресостійкості особистості та особливості, що впливають на її формування в системі психологічного забезпечення. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання системи заходів психологічного забезпечення стресостійкості працівників сфери маркетингу. Розкрито біологічні, соціальні, вікові передумови формування EQ, яка включає п’ять ключових основ, що його характеризують: саморегуляція, самопізнання, мотивація, соціальні навики, емпатія.
