The effect of rhythmic extreme cold effects on the indices of vegetative regulation of the cardiac rhythm and the content of cytokines in the blood serum of aged people

The effect of rhythmic extreme cold effects on the indices of vegetative regulation of the cardiac rhythm and the content of cytokines in the blood serum of aged people

Abstract

It has been established that rhythmic extreme temperature effects (-120 оС) due to an activation of own homeostatic regulatory systems significantly increase the adaptation abilities of an organism, irrespective of age. One can consider that rhythmic extreme cold effects adequately correct the impaired function of the cytokine component of the immune system.
