FORMATION IN FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE OF THE NEED FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article substantiates the possibility of forming in future teachers of physical culture the need for professional self-development. Based on systematization and generalization of theoretical achievements, it is established that specialized training and professional activity require continuing education, but there is no single idea of self-development. The study aims to identify methods for achieving specific objectives for future physical culture teachers by developing their desire for professional self-development. Methods. Analysis of scientific sources, observation of the educational process, and analysis of the experience of teachers. Results. The formation of the need for self-development in future teachers of physical education presupposes the presence of motives and interests in students of higher education that encourage them to professional self-realization. Certain ways to achieve the goals of future teachers of physical culture through the formation of their need for professional self-development are analyzed, in particular, the use of interactive teaching methods and project activities in the educational process is justified. The development of competence and the ability to make collective and individual professional decisions among higher education students is facilitated by the use of interactive methods in professional training. It is substantiated that to realize students in professional activities, it is necessary to focus on clear goals, make a plan to achieve them and adhere to them. The importance of learning all of life is given the importance of a significant daily waste of time.
