Introduction. In the conditions of dynamic changes and the development of information technologies, the issue of digitization of the economy, especially those areas that play a key role in ensuring the food security of the population both at the regional and state level, in particular the sphere of agrarian management, is becoming actualized. The activation processes of the development and implementation of digital technologies are conditioned by the need to ensure the effective functioning of the Ukrainian economy, the expanded reproduction of the sphere of agrarian management, especially in the conditions of modern challenges. agriculture, animal husbandry and innovative system of agriculture.Results. 1. The article highlights the features of the digitization of the agricultural sphere, general theoretical and practical approaches to the digitization of the agrarian sphere and defines the main stages of the organization of digitalization of agricultural enterprises.2. An analysis of the ability of Ukrainian enterprises to integrate digital technologies into the production process was carried out, and the role of the state innovation policy in creating a favorable environment for the development of innovations was determined.3. It was found that the latest technologies and digitalization contribute to the development of the agricultural sector, increase the efficiency of the use of resources and production productivity, improve maintenance and service, provide a high-quality component of agricultural products, create the appropriate image and prestige of agricultural enterprises, forming their competitiveness and contributing to the expansion of the market and customer base, improve logistics processes.The conclusions. У статті окреслено особливості діджиталізації аграрної сфери, узагальнено теоретико-практичні підходи до діджиталізації аграрної сфери та визначено основні етапи організації діджиталізації агропідприємств. Аграрна сфера є вагомою складовою розвитку регіональної економіки, яка забезпечує сільськогосподарською продукцією населення країни та її регіонів, а також лідирує в експорті її на зовнішні ринки. В нинішніх умовах господарювання агробізнес проходить складний процес адаптації до євроінтеграційних вимог, зокрема у становленні аграрного ринку і сучасного ведення виробництва, тому потребує комплексного системного підходу на основі застосування інноваційних технологій. Здійснено аналіз спроможності підприємств України інтегрувати цифрові технології у виробничий процес та визначено роль державної інноваційної політика у створенні сприятливого середовища для розвитку інновацій. Виявлено, що новітні технології і діджиталізація сприяють розвитку агросфери, підвищують ефективність використання ресурсів і продуктивність виробництва, покращують обслуговування та сервіс, забезпечують якісну складову сільгосппродукції, створюють відповідний імідж та престиж агропідприємств, формуючи їх конкурентоздатність і сприяючи розширенню ринку та клієнтської бази, вдосконалює логістичні процеси.Ключові слова: діджиталізація аграрної сфери, цифровізація, автоматизація, цифрова трансформація агробізнесу, інноваційні процеси, агростартапи.
