ENSURING HEALTHY AND SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE EPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Abstract

В научной статье проведено исследование обеспечения здоровых и безопасных условий труда как одного из основных условий трудового договора в современных условиях хозяйствования. Изучены соответствующие положения проекта Трудового кодекса Украины.

In the scientific article the study to ensure safe and healthy working environment as one of the main conditions of the employment contract in the current economic conditions. We study the draft Labour Code of Ukraine.

У статті досліджується забезпечення здорових та безпечних умов праці як одна з основних умов трудового договору у сучасних умовах господарювання. Досліджуються відповідні положення проекту Трудового кодексу України.
