У статті розглянуто інноваційно-інвестиційну складову мотиваційного механізму підприємництва, зокрема принципи активізації інноваційно-інвестиційної спрямованості підприємницької діяльності, функції інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємництва, моделі інноваційного підприємництва.Мета статті: по-перше, вивчення можливостей інноваційно-інвестиційної складової мотиваційного механізму розвитку підприємництва в національній економіці; по-друге, аналіз світового досвіду формування комплексної системи стимулювання інноваційного процесу з метою розвитку підприємництва.З позиції того, що мотиваційну поведінку економічних суб’єктів можна формувати, розкрито найбільш ефективні прямі й непрямі заходи активізації їх інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності. Показано, що основними формами підтримки й стимулювання інноваційного розвитку у провідних країнах світу є: пряме фінансування інновацій у формі субсидій на розробку й просування нових технологій, товарів і послуг; створення венчурних компаній з участю держави; державна допомога при патентуванні, пільги й відстрочки по оплаті патентних мит.

The article examines innovative investment component of motivational mechanism entrepreneurship, in particular the principles enhance innovation and investment focus of business activity, function innovation and investment development business model innovation business.The purpose of the article: first, exploring the possibilities of innovation-investment component of motivational mechanism of entrepreneurship in the national economy; second, analysis of world experience of forming integrated system to stimulate innovation process to develop the business.From the standpoint that the motivational behavior of economic agents can be formed, were shown the most effective direct and indirect measures to enhance innovation and investment.It is shown that the main forms of support and stimulation of innovation in the leading countries are: direct funding of innovation in the form of subsidies for the development and promotion of new technologies, products and services; creation of venture companies with state participation; state aid for patenting, benefits and deferred to pay patent fees.
