LAPAROSCOPY IN THE DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF FEMALE STERILITY

Abstract

The author has carried out an analysis of 400 cases of sterility in women who have undergone endoscopy. The endoscopic methods have proved to be conducive to an improvement of diagnostics up to 99.7%, they demonstrate high efficacy of surgical treatment in hydrosalpinxes of stages I-II, a slight form of endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Проведен анализ 400 случаев бесплодия у женщин, которым была применена эндоскопия. Доказано, что эндоскопические методы способствуют улучшению диагностики до 99,7%, демонструируют высокую эффективность хирургического лечения при гидросальпинксах I-II стадии, легкой форме эндометриоза и синдроме поликистозных яичников.

Проведено аналіз 400 випадків безплідності в жінок, яким була застосована ендоскопія. Доведено, що ендоскопічні методи сприяють покращенню діагностики до 99,7%, демонструють високу ефективність хірургічного лікування при гідросальпінксах І-ІІ стадії, легкій формі ендометріозу та синдромі полікістозних яєчників.
