
The author of the article has provided a theoretical substantiation of the acmeological approach as a methodological guideline for the professionalization of the educational process in higher educational institutions. Since in today's globalized society the importance of education as an important factor in the formation of a highly developed, moral human personality capable not only of using the available information but also of generating new knowledge, being a unique source of creativity and productive social activity is growing, the acmeological approach becomes important as a basis for a specialist to reach the heights of his or her creativity, professionalism, and competence. We have presented the definition of the key concepts of the research and, on this basis, our own understanding of the acmeological approach and its potential in the professionalization of the educational process in higher educational institutions. The authors believe that the acmeological approach involves: a holistic examination of the applicant as a personality, individuality and subject of life in the educational environment; creation of pedagogical conditions for the subjects of the educational process to motivate success, actualization of the necessity of achievements, the desire of high results, innovation and creativity; organization of creative activity as a variable educational space in which the intellectual and creative potential of each person can be developed; assessing the quality of education from the perspective of the criteria of self-development and self-improvement of the teacher and the applicant (individuality, health, creativity, maturity, professionalism, spirituality, etc.). The importance of the acmeology of education, which creates productive models of educational systems that implement the acmeological concept of education, the acmeological approach to education as a project-oriented creative activity and the sphere of self-organization of the socio-cultural life of students, has been noted.
У статті здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування акмеологічного підходу як методологічного орієнтиру професіоналізації освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти. Авторами наведено визначення ключових понять дослідження та на цій основі власне розуміння акмеологічного підходу, його потенціалу у професіоналізації освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти. Зазначено вагомість акмеології освіти, яка створює продуктивні моделі освітніх систем, що реалізують акмеологічну концепцію освіти, акмеологічний підхід до неї як проєктно-орієнтованої творчої діяльності та сфери самоорганізації соціокультурного буття здобувачів освіти.
