 Пропонується удосконалити процес просування вагонопотоків в умовах функціонування міжнародних транспортних коридорів шляхом впровадження заходів, які спрямовані на скорочення їх простою, зменшення витрат всіх видів ресурсів та розвиток транспортно-дорожнього комплексу України.
