GEAR GRINDING TEMPERATURE DETERMINATION

Abstract

The work is devoted to solving an important scientific and technical problem of determining the gear grinding temperature in profile gear grinding on CNC machines on the basis of the development of subsystems for the designing, monitoring and technological diagnosis of the operation, which allow adapting the elements of the technological system. For this purpose a methodology is developed for researching the technological grinding system using scientific methods of modeling, optimization and control. The software for these subsystems is created on the basis of the mathematical models of the temperature field. It is substantiated the use of a solution of a one-dimensional differential heat equation for gear grinding designing and diagnosis, including taking into account the cooling effect of lubricoolant. On the basis of this solution, a single mathematical model of a grinding temperature cycle is developed.

Робота присвячена вирішенню важливої науково-технічної проблеми визначення температури шліфування редуктора в профільному шліфуванні на верстатах з ЧПУ на основі розробки підсистем для проектування, моніторингу та технологічної діагностики роботи, які дозволяють адаптувати елементи технологічної системи. Для цього розроблено методику дослідження технологічної системи шліфування з використанням наукових методів моделювання, оптимізації та управління. Програма для цих підсистем створена на основі математичних моделей температурного поля. Обґрунтовано використання рішення одновимірного диференціального теплового рівняння для проектування і діагностики шліфування передач, в тому числі з урахуванням охолоджуючого ефекту мастила. На основі цього рішення розроблена єдина математична модель температурного циклу шліфування.
