ACTIVITIES OF CENTRAL BANKS OF THE COUNTRIES WITH DEVELOPED MARKET ECONOMY

Abstract

The economic factors of modern development of the countries with developed market economy, namely Canada, the USA, Japan, Italy, Germany, Great Britain and France, were analyzed. The peculiarities of implementation of monetary policy’s measures by the central banks of the countries with developed market economy were studied and justified. The systematization of the elements of the mechanism for ensuring the financial stabilization by the central banks of the countries with developed market economy was held. The modern branches of ensuring the financial stabilization, namely the project «Greening of Canada’s Bank», were given characteristics to. The measures, used by the central banks of the European countries under investigation in order to prevent the emergence of crisis within financial system, were described.

Проанализированы экономические факторы современного развития стран с развитой рыночной экономикой: Канада, США, Япония, Италия, Германия, Великобритания, Франция. Исследованы и обоснованы особенности внедрения центральными банками стран с развитой рыночной экономикой мер монетарной политики. Проведена систематизация элементов механизма обеспечения финансовой стабилизации центральными банками стран с развитой рыночной экономикой. Охарактеризованы современные направления в сфере обеспечения финансовой стабильности, в частности, проект «Озеленение Банка Канады». Охарактеризованы меры, которые использовали центральные банки стран с развитой экономикой с целью предотвращения возникновения кризисов в финансовой системе.

Проаналізовано економічні фактори сучасного розвитку країн із розвиненою ринковою економікою: Канада, США, Японія, Італія, Німеччина, Великобританія, Франція. Досліджено та обґрунтовано особливості впровадження центральними банками країн із розвиненою ринковою економікою заходів монетарної політики. Проведено систематизацію елементів механізму забезпечення фінансової стабілізації центральними банками країн із розвиненою ринковою економікою. Охарактеризовано сучасні напрями у сфері забезпечення фінансової стабільності, зокрема, проєкт «Озеленення Банку Канади». Охарактеризовано заходи, які використовували центральні банки країн із розвиненою ринковою економікою для запобігання виникненню криз у фінансовій системі.
