SUBTOTAL RESECТION OF PROCEDURE OF ТНЕ LARYNX FOR LARYNGEAL CANCER ТзNоМо IN PERSONS OF ELDERLY AGE

Abstract

Soft cicatrizalion of the artificially formed upper wall of the larynx enabled to restore breathing through the natural passages in the majority of patients (78%) due to а developed procedure of subtotal resection of the larynx. А need for permanent tracheostomy arose in 21,7% of the patients who were not applied an effective radiation protection of the wounds. Recuпent tumor during the first year after surgery was detected in 13 % of the patients and in this connection they underwent laryngectomy.
