REGARDING CLOSED WATER USE IN THE MINING INDUSTRY

REGARDING CLOSED WATER USE IN THE MINING INDUSTRY

Abstract

The work is shown that the volumes of water in systems of reversible use are decreasing. A comparison of the volumes of water intake from surface and underground sources and the discharge of mine-quarry water shows that the mining industry, with the simultaneous extraction of underground water as a useful mineral, can do without additional water intake, which will significantly reduce costs and save resources. The general scheme of closed water use of the enterprise is presented and problematic issues of its implementation in the mining industry are clarified
