Abstract

Описан модернизированный узел электродугового распылителя для нанесения композиционных покрытий с использованием порошков. Приведены оптимальные режимы напыления и термической обработки, исследована износостойкость, прочность сцепления и теплопроводность электродуговых композиционных покрытий.

Описано модернізований вузол електродугового розпилювача для нанесення композиційних покриттів з використанням порошків. Наведено оптимальні режими напилення і термічної обробки, досліджено зносостійкість, міцність зчеплення і теплопровідність композиційних електродугових покриттів.

The upgraded node of electro arc sprayer for covering with composite coating with powders using is described. The optimal spraying and heat treatment modes are shown; wear resistance, bond strength, heat conduction of electric arc composite coating are studied.
