OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF EPIMETAPHYSEAL FRACTURES OF BONES IN PATIENTS OF ELDERLY AND SENILE AGE, USING SCREWS WIТH А DEROTAТION EFFECT

Abstract

The paper presents the experience of osteosynthesis of epimetaphyseal fragments of bones with screws and plates when Ыocking screws with pins in 56 patients of elderly and senile age. The technique of osteosynthesis precludes the migration of implants and secondary displacement of bone fragments, regardless of osteoporosis of bone fragments.

У повiдомленi представлений досвiд остеосинтезу епiметафiзарних переломiв кiсток гвинтами та пластинами при блокуваннi гвинтiв спицями в 56 хворих лiтнього i старечого вiку. Методика остеосинтезу, незважаючи на остеопороз кiсткових вiдламкiв, запобiгає мiграцiї імплантатів та вторинному зміщенню кісткових відламків.
