INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECT OF MODELING

INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECT OF MODELING

Abstract

The article analyzes the features of modelling the innovative educational environment of a higher education institution using digital tools and information systems. The essence of the concepts of “educational environment”, “innovative educational environment”, “modeling of an innovative educational environment” is clarified. It is found that an innovative educational environment is a system of interconnected conditions, resources, technologies and pedagogical approaches, which are created to ensure effective learning, develop innovative thinking and form key competencies in students. It is aimed at adapting the educational process to the modern challenges of society and the labor market, using the latest scientific achievements, digital technologies and creative approaches to learning. The main characteristic of an innovative educational environment is its dynamism and ability to quickly adapt to changes, integrating new knowledge, technologies and tools. It is substantiated that the development of an innovative educational environment is based on organizational, material, technical and information support, which is improved thanks to a technological approach to modeling and managing the educational environment. It is proposed to technologize each stage of modeling an innovative educational environment (analysis of resources and conditions of the educational environment, use of managerial and psychological incentives to influence the subjects of the educational process, development of a strategy for replenishing and improving resources), by means of implementing digital tools and information systems. It is proven that technologization of the process of modelling an innovative educational environment allows the creation of optimal conditions for an effective combination of managerial approaches and innovative resources in this process, which will contribute to improving the quality of the educational environment, increasing its transparency and efficiency.
