Abstract

Розроблено алгоритм і процедуру управління розподілення залізничного рухомого складу. Створено перелік необхідних умов, за яких має існувати динамічний розвиток транспортної галузі та відповідати сучасним ринковим вимогам. Запропоновано динамічну модель, що відтворює інформаційне поле для усіх учасників перевезення.
