A change of humoral immunity indices in animals with different types of inflammatory reactions in the periodontium combined with adrenaline myocardiodystrophy

Abstract

The paper deals with changes of the indices of humoral immunity in case of a combined course of different types of an inflammatory reaction in the periodontium with adrenaline myocardiodystrophy. Periodontitis was simulated in rats (by means of inflicting a chronic injury) and adrenaline myocardiodiopathy was recreated by introducing adrenaline intraperitoneally. As a result of experiments carried out by the authors a progressive increment of the number of immunoglobulins, taking place in case of all types of an inflammatory reaction and most of all with the hyperergic type, has been established.
