FORMATION OF CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF STUDENTS OF FACULTIES OF ARTS IN MODERN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Abstract

The article actualizes the search for new approaches and ways to solve the problem of forming the creative potential of future teachers of the arts. The urgency of the research problem is determined by the fact that in the scientific literature there is no established definition and understanding of the concept of creative potential and unambiguous criteria, qualitative indicators of this phenomenon, evaluation criteria in the context of creative activity. The purpose of the article is to highlight the essence of the creative potential of the individual and to generalize the views of scientists on its formation in students of art faculties of higher education institutions of pedagogical profile. The methods of the research – theoretical analysis, comparison, systematization of scientific sources, scientific generalization. With the help of the marked methods the author has conducted a theoretical analysis of the problem of forming the creative potential of students of art faculties of higher education institutions, generalization of views of modern scientists on understanding the essence of creative potential in psychological, cultural, pedagogical aspects. It has been established that the concepts of "creative potential", "creative competence" and "creative personality" in the educational process of higher education institutions should be considered in the conjunction. The formation of creative potential of future professionals in modern research has been considered in the context of personality development. It has been found that the problem of forming the creative potential of future teachers involves the development of personal qualities of students, and needs its solution from the first steps of their education in a higher education institution by non-standard methods of pedagogical influence. The solution of the outlined problem provides meeting the needs of the unsub in self-development, creative self-realization. The approaches, directions and means of realization of this phenomenon in higher education institutions have been presented in the article. The author's outline of the importance of forming the creative potential of students of art faculties in the process of their preparation for artistic activity and the content of the education process which ensures their readiness for future professions is the result of the study.

Актуальність проблеми дослідження визначається тим, що в науковій літературі немає усталеного визначення і розуміння поняття творчого потенціалу та однозначного мірила, якісних показників цього явища, критеріїв оцінки в контексті творчої діяльності. Мета статті – висвітлення сутності творчого потенціалу особистості та узагальнення поглядів науковців щодо його формування у студентів факультетів мистецтв закладів вищої освіти педагогічного профілю. У статті за допомогою методів аналізу, порівняння, систематизації наукових джерел проведено теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування творчого потенціалу студентів мистецьких факультетів закладів вищої освіти. Застосування методу наукового узагальнення дозволило узагальнити погляди сучасних науковців щодо розуміння сутності творчого потенціалу у психологічному, культурологічному, педагогічному аспектах, представити підходи, напрямки та засоби реалізації означеного феномена в закладах вищої освіти. Результатом дослідження є окреслення автором значення формування творчого потенціалу студентів факультетів мистецтв у процесі їх підготовки до мистецької діяльності та змісту освітнього процесу, що забезпечує їх готовність до майбутньої професії.
