Specific characteristics of the ergometric indices of the test with exercise stress in railwaymen with coronary diseases and essential hypertension

Abstract

For the purpose of studying the specific characteristics of the ergometric indices and the state of the myocardial reserve in patients with essential hypertension (EH), coronary heart disease (CHD) and combined pathologies a standartized continuous stepwise-increasing stress testing on a bicycle ergometer on 114 men aged 30-59 years with EH, CHD and EH with CHD has been carried out.
