This publication shows the main features and trends in the development of modern architecture of industrial buildings and establishes a conceptual connection, as well as the influence of the best examples of the Western architectural school and domestic experience in the field of industrial and post-industrial construction. The current level of globalization of society's progress determines the need for a vigilant attitude to the trends of the development of society and science in the world of modern technologies, in particular the architecture of industrial enterprises and buildings. The restoration of the post-war industrial and post-industrial landscape in the context of the development of progressive trends in the architecture of industrial enterprises and the need for their adoption and approval in Ukraine are becoming an urgent problem that requires a comprehensive approach. The further fate of industrial areas affected by military operations (especially in the eastern temporarily occupied and front-line regions) is presented as a full and partial post-war reconstruction and renovation of the architectural objects of industrial enterprises and the entire industrial landscape on the basis and examples of modern renovation of industrial heritage objects with full or partial repurposing and improvement of preserved industrial enterprises, incl. and as museums of industrial heritage, taking into account the best experience of the developed countries of the West.
