Computerized system of ecological monitoring in order to increase shipbuilding enterprises ecological safety

Abstract

Issues regarding computerized systems of ecological monitoring and decision-making on ecological safety provision at the shipbuilding enterprises in the South of Ukraine have been considered. Logical and psychological structure and informational model of decision-making on ecological safety provision that allows to display the basic interrelations and sequence of actions during the ecological monitoring have been developed, and a choice of prime measures in case of emergency occurrence has also been considered.

Рассмотрены вопросы разработки компьютеризированных систем экологического мониторинга и принятия решений по обеспечению экологической безопасности на судостроительных предприятиях юга Украины. Разработаны логико-психологическая структура и информационная модель принятия решений по обеспечению экологической безопасности, что позволяет отображать основные взаимосвязи и последовательность действий при проведении экологического мониторинга, а также выбор первоочередных мер при возникновении аварии.

Розглянуто питання розробки комп’ютеризованих систем екологічного моніторингу й прийняття рішень щодо забезпечення екологічної безпеки на суднобудівних підприємствах півдня України. Розроблено логіко-психологічну структуру та інформаційну модель прийняття рішень щодо забезпечення екологічної безпеки, що дозволяє відображати основні взаємозв’язки та послідовність дій при проведенні екологічного моніторингу, а також вибір першочергових заходів при виникненні аварії.
