DEVELOPMENT OF CONFLICT COMPETENCE BY MEANS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES OF INFLUENCE

DEVELOPMENT OF CONFLICT COMPETENCE BY MEANS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES OF INFLUENCE

Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological features of the development of conflict competence in the context of the use of psychological influence techniques. The relationship between the principles of influence (reciprocity, consistency, social approval, sympathy, authority, deficit) and effective conflict management in interpersonal and professional environments is revealed. Attention is drawn to the role of conscious use of influential communication strategies in shaping the ability to interact constructively and prevent conflict escalation. Particular attention is paid to the development of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, identification of manipulation and trust building as key components of conflict competence. A model for the development of this competence is proposed, taking into account psychological influence as an important component of the professional training of future psychologists, teachers and managers. The results obtained can be used in training programs, conflict management and communication effectiveness in crisis or tense situations.
