Abstract

Разработана кинематическая схема и исследован процесс управляемого механического переноса электродного металла при наплавке под флюсом ленточным электродом, определена аналитическая зависимость между параметрами движения ленточного электрода как одного из способов управляемого принудительного воздействия на процесс переноса электродного металла

Розроблена кінематична схема та досліджено процес керованого механічного перенесення електродного металу при наплавленні під флюсом стрічковим електродом, визначена аналітична залежність між параметрами руху стрічкового електроду як одного із способів керованого примусового впливу на процес переносу електродного металу

Developed kinematical scheme and to investigate the process managed a mechanical transfer of electrode metal in surfacing submerged tape the electrode, the analytic relationship between the motion parameters strip electrode as a way to manage impact of forced-action on the transfer process of the electrode metal
