The article presents the typical direction of industrial machines, as well as the issues of the modern concept of total quality management that exists in the operating companies.On the basis of a broad analysis of the existing methods for improving the management of the technical condition of machines in various sectors, an algorithm and a mathematical model of the original definition of the cumulative effect of the quality of maintenance and repair work in the conditions of exploiting on a technical state of industrial machines is formed.As a result of studies, a method of controlling the technical condition of the fleet due to the optimization of repair cycles, standards developments overhaul, routine planned maintenance of the structure and the tolerance to the technical parameters of assembly units sold in the performance of these activities and a given level of operational reliability of equipment is formed.Further stages of research include improvement of the mathematical model and the formation of specific practical measures.

Наведено характерні напрямки розвитку підйомно-транспортних машин та розглянуто питання сучасних концепцій загального управління якістю, що існують на експлуатуючих підприємствах.На основі широкого аналізу існуючих методів удосконалення керування технічним станом машин у різних галузях сформовано алгоритм та наведено у початковому вигляді математичну модель визначення сумарного впливу якості проведення технічного обслуговування та ремонтних робіт в умовах експлуатуючого підприємства на технічний стан підйомно-транспортних машин.У результаті проведених досліджень отримано спосіб керування технічним станом парку машин за рахунок оптимізації ремонтного циклу, нормативів міжремонтних напрацювань, регламентного складу планових ремонтних робіт та допусків на технічні параметри складальних одиниць, реалізованих при виконанні цих робіт при заданому рівні експлуатаційної надійності техніки. Подальші етапи досліджень передбачають удосконалення математичної моделі та розробку практичних заходів.
