
Introduction. In the context of digitalization and martial law, military education is undergoing significant changes that impact communication processes among participants within the educational environment. These transformations in communication have become one of the key factors in ensuring the quality of education and combat training, necessitating analysis of current challenges and prospects for development. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the key transformations of communication in military education under the conditions of digitalization and martial law, as well as to determine their impact on the effectiveness of the educational process. Methods. This study employs theoretical research methods, including analysis, systematization, comparison, and generalization of scientific data, as well as interpretation of current theoretical and empirical sources in order to gain a deeper understanding of the research subject. Originality.The article analyzes and highlights the key transformations in communication processes within modern higher military education in Ukraine, driven by the globalization of knowledge, digitalization, and the military aggression of Russia. Using an interdisciplinary approach, the author emphasizes the necessity of changing pedagogical strategies and enhancing the communicative competence of educational stakeholders as critical factors for improving the effectiveness of both training and combat preparation. Conclusion. Special attention is given to the shift of the educational process toward hybrid and blended learning formats, which leads to changes in the communication structure among participants. The study examines the specifics of crisis psychological-pedagogical communication, the need for emotional and psychological competence among instructors, as well as the challenges related to declining feedback quality and interpersonal interaction in the digital environment. The theoretical framework is based on an interdisciplinary approach, incorporating philosophical, socio-psychological, and pedagogical communication theories. The study concludes that it is essential to implement flexible communication models and multimodal channels to ensure the effectiveness of education during wartime. The article emphasizes the need for adaptive communication strategies that transcend traditional educational approaches.
У статті здійснюється комплексний аналіз сучасних трансформацій комунікацій у системі військової освіти, що зумовлені як технологічними інноваціями, так і соціально-політичними обставинами, зокрема збройною агресією росії проти України. Окремо розглядаються специфіка гібридних та мультимодальних освітніх форматів, проблематика цифрової грамотності та психологічні виклики, які стоять перед учасниками освітнього процесу в умовах підвищеної емоційної напруги. На основі міждисциплінарного підходу стаття висвітлює необхідність реформування педагогічних стратегій і підвищення комунікативної компетентності суб’єктів освітнього процесу як ключового фактора ефективності навчання та бойової підготовки.
