Abstract

This article addresses the relevance of business process analysis as a vital tool for improving enterprise management efficiency amid increasing digitalization and competitive challenges. It discusses common issues such as inefficient resource allocation, duplication of functions, and operational opacity that hinder organizational productivity and decision-making. The paper explores modern methodologies for analyzing and modeling business processes, emphasizing their role in identifying inefficiencies and optimizing internal operations. Additionally, it highlights the importance of statistical methods in measuring relationships among operational indicators to support data-driven management decisions. The discussion also covers the integration of process analysis into strategic management frameworks to promote sustainable organizational growth. This study is particularly pertinent for enterprises aiming to adapt to dynamic market conditions and leverage digital technologies to enhance operational transparency, agility, and competitive advantage. Furthermore, the article examines the challenges associated with implementing process-oriented management systems and the necessity for continuous monitoring and improvement. It also emphasizes the role of organizational culture and leadership commitment in successfully adopting these analytical tools. The article additionally considers the impact of globalization and rapid technological change on process management practices, noting the increasing demand for flexibility and innovation within business models. Moreover, it addresses the need for cross-functional collaboration and effective communication in aligning business processes with corporate goals. This comprehensive approach ensures alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives, fostering long-term resilience and innovation capacity within organizations. The article focuses on conceptual foundations and methodological aspects without presenting empirical results, thereby providing a theoretical framework for future applied research and practical implementation in various industry sectors

У статті розглядаються проблеми неефективного розподілу ресурсів, дублювання функцій та непрозорості операцій, що ускладнюють прийняття управлінських рішень. Обговорюються сучасні методи аналізу й моделювання бізнес-процесів, які дозволяють ідентифікувати недоліки та оптимізувати внутрішні операції. Особливу увагу приділено статистичним методам оцінки взаємозв’язків між показниками діяльності для підтримки прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень. Також підкреслено значення інтеграції аналізу процесів у стратегічне управління для забезпечення сталого розвитку організації. Стаття є актуальною для підприємств, що прагнуть підвищити гнучкість, прозорість та конкурентоспроможність в умовах динамічних змін на ринку
