Chronobiological, chronopathological and chronopharmacological characteristics in nephrology

Abstract

The paper deals with the chronobiological specific characteristics of uropoiesis and their pathological disorders. Knowledge of these data is the basis for efficacy and safety of pharmacotherapy of the renal disease. The paper presents the experience (experimental and clinical) of effective and safe farmacocorrections (nephropathological conditions) with due regard for the time of the circadian period and season of the year.

В данной статье приведены хронобиологические особенности мочеобразования и их нарушения при патологии. Знания эти являются основой для эффективности и безопасности фармакотерапии заболеваний почек. В статье представлен опыт (экспериментальный и клинический) эффективной и безопасной фармакокоррекции (нефропатологических состояний) с учетом времени суток и сезонов года.

У даній статті наведені хронобіологічні особливості сечоутворення та їх порушення при патології. Знання цих даних є основою для ефективності та безпеки фармакотерапії захворювань нирок. У статті представлено досвід (експериментальний і клінічний) ефективної і безпечної фармакокорекції (нефропатологічних станів) з урахуванням часу доби і сезонів року.
