Abstract

In this work was to study the effect on the dynamic processes of interaction track and rolling stock the following characteristics of the way the plan: the effect of curve radius, outstanding acceleration and track width; the impact of local butt and smooth irregularities in terms of the way. The results of numerical studies. A mathematical model of the spatial dynamic system "crew-path" has been used to perform research. It is based on the design scheme of the path, in the form of beams of long rails, which are based on many elastic-dissipative-sleepers support with non-linear characteristics. This model is implemented in the program Mathcad system. Determined by the direction and lateral forces when driving on curved four-freight wagons 12-1000 model. Change settings such as the curves of the track radii, outstanding acceleration values, the value of the external elevation of rails and track width. Furthermore, it was examined the influence of faults such as unevenness in isolated smooth plane "corners" in the joints, and short isolated irregularities. The obtained data was determined total wear factor of the horizontal rail heads, allows for the impact on the path and the condition of the contacting wheel flanges and rails.

В статье приведены результаты численных исследований влияния параметров рельсовой колеи на силы взаимодействия подвижного состава и пути в кривых малых радиусов. На основании таких данных по методике, предложенной проф. Андриевским М. Г., были рассчитаны факторы бокового износа рельсов, которые обобщают действие горизонтальных поперечных сил, вертикальных сил и условий контактирования гребней колес и рельсов.

У статті подано результати чисельних досліджень впливу параметрів рейкової колії на сили взаємодії рухомого складу та колії в кривих малих радіусів. На підставі таких даних за методикою, запропонованою проф. Андрієвським М. Г., були розраховані фактори бічного зносу рейок, які узагальнюють дію горизонтальних поперечних сил, вертикальних сил і умов контактування гребенів коліс і рейок.
