SOME ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF DISTANCE EDUCATION OF PRIMARY CLASS STUDENTS IN MODERN REALITIES

Abstract

This article presents an implementation study results of distance learning in elementary school of the Zaporizhzhia region educational institutions, conducted as an online survey. The study’s purpose is to study the state of implementation of distance learning in primary school and to identify successful practices of such learning. Research methods: statistical data processing, respondents’ answers comparative analysis, results visualization, results interpretation. Study results generalized (the number of respondents – 1019 primary school teachers) and presented regarding individual issues, in particular, the distance learning organization, a platform choice for online lessons conducting, methods of recording the student learning results, the end-to-end them skills formation etc. The study subject also was the teacher’s additional materials preparation issue for asynchronous learning. It is especially emphasized that the armed Russian Federation against Ukraine aggression affects significantly on children’s right to education realization. These children are in different conditions: are in permanent residence places far from the war zone, internally displaced; are abroad; are on temporarily occupied territories; are on territories from Russian occupation liberated; are constantly near or on the combat zone; were forcibly deported to Russia. Each of the groups needs a specific conditions analysis and specific specialists support. This applies to those educational process participants especially (children, parents, and teachers) who are every day in stressful situation, fighting for their lives, being on temporarily occupied territories or in a war zone. There is about the traditional classroom-lesson education system transformation and its alternatives search: constructs of individual learning process links, innovative educational process organization forms in accordance with the National Academy of Sciences Concept.

У статті представлено результати вивчення стану впровадження дистанційної форми навчання в початковій школі у закладах освіти Запорізької області. Наведено узагальнені результати дослідження (кількість респондентів – 1019 учителів початкових класів) щодо окремих питань, зокрема організації дистанційного навчання, вибору платформи для проведення онлайн-уроків, способів фіксації результатів навчання учнів, формування у них наскрізних умінь. Предметом вивчення стало також питання підготовки вчителями додаткових матеріалів для здійснення асинхронного навчання.
