The analyzed external factors of influence on the level of economic security of the enterprise by the beginning of conducting ATO and during its carrying out, revealed the most urgent that significantly influence the level of threats of economic security of the enterprises. Considerable updating of the list of factors regarding change of their importance was proved. Influence of urgent factors on separate functional components of economic security of the enterprises was analyzed. It is certain that influence of urgent factors (destruction of logistic communications; loss of the markets of raw materials, materials, energy carriers, damages of buildings, rooms; loss of technological developments and design documentation, separatist sentiments of certain workers, acts of terrorism and so forth) led to substantial negative economic effects. Distribution of actions concerning increase was offered to the level of economic security at the enterprise behind organizational approach on proactive and reactive. Reasonable need of urgent development and immediate introduction of system actions of the external factors directed to reduction to influence in the conditions of military operations in the east of Ukraine for ensuring a certain level of economic security of the enterprises. Reasonably that a target orientation of a control system of economic security of the enterprise is formation of adaptive reactions to action of threats in the sphere of any its activity and, as a result, ensuring stable and most effective functioning for today and the high potential of development in the future.

Проаналізовані зовнішні чинники впливу на рівень економічної безпеки підприємства до початку проведення АТО та під час її проведення, виявлені найбільш актуальні, що суттєво впливають на рівень загроз економічної безпеці підприємств. Доведено значне коригування переліку чинників в частині зміни їх значимості. Проаналізовано вплив актуальних чинників на окремі функціональні складові економічної безпеки підприємств. Визначено, що вплив актуальних чинників (руйнація логістичних зв’язків; втрата ринків сировини, матеріалів, енергоносіїв, ушкодження будівель, приміщень; втрата технологічних розробок та конструкторської документації, сепаратистські настрої окремих працівників, терористичні акти тощо) призвів до суттєвих негативних економічних наслідків. Запропоновано розподіл заходів щодо підвищення рівню економічної безпеки на підприємстві за організаційним підходом на проактивні та реактивні. Обґрунтована необхідність термінової розробки та негайного впровадження системних заходів, спрямованих на зменшення впливу зовнішніх факторів в умовах військових дій на сході України для забезпечення певного рівня економічної безпеки підприємств. Обґрунтовано, що цільовою спрямованістю системи управління економічною безпекою підприємства є формування адаптивних реакцій на дію загроз у будь-якій сфері його життєдіяльності і, як наслідок, забезпечення стабільного і максимально ефективного функціонування на сьогодні та високого потенціалу розвитку в майбутньому.
