CURRENT STATUS OF RESEARCH MIGRATION REGIME IN THE DOCTRINES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract

В статье раскрывается история развития научной мысли о миграционном режиме в Украине как одного из видов административно-правовых режимов, анализируютсяразличные научные подходы к определению административно-правовых режимов и определяется место миграционного режима в системе правовых режимов Украины. Акцентируется внимание на недостаточном уровне исследования миграционного режима как одной из категорий административного права.

В статті розкривається історія розвитку наукової думки про міграційний режим в Україні як вид адміністративно-правових режимів, аналізують різні наукові підходи щодо визначення адміністративно-правових режимів та визначається місце міграційного режиму в системі правових режимів України. Акцентується увага на недостатньому рівні дослідження міграційного режиму як однієї із категорій адміністративного права.

The article reveals the history of scientific thought on the migration regime in Ukraine as a form of administrative and legal regimes, analyze different scientific approaches to determining the legal and administrative regimes and the place of migration regime in the system of legal regimes in Ukraine. The attention to insufficient study migration regime as oneof the categories of administrative law.
