ENSURING BANKS COMPETITIVENESS IN THE MARKET OF CREDIT SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The real credit services of Ukraine increased annually institutionalized, leading to increased competition among its main stakeholders - lenders, such as banks and nonbank financial and credit institutions. The article presents a comparative analysis of the functioning of banks and non-bank financial institutions in the credit market of Ukraine. Author determined differences and similarities in their business and competitive characteristics found among of them. The characteristic strategy for customer relationship management, which enables increased efficiency of cooperation with the bank's borrowers and prevent the transition to competition. Based on the generalization of international experience suggested the use of information technology in the process of bank lending, including advisory services and business banks PR- service. The paper considers the innovative activities of banks in terms of implementation of products and services that allow for the strengthening of the competitive position of domestic banks in the credit market.

В статье осуществлен сравнительный анализ функционирования банков и небанковских финансово-кредитных учреждений на кредитном рынке Украины. Выделены общие и отличительные черты в их деятельности и выявлены конкурентные признаки между ними. Приведена характеристика стратегии управления отношениями с клиентами, которая позволяет рост эффективности сотрудничества с заемщиками банка и предотвращения их перехода к конкурентам. На основе обобщения зарубежного опыта предложено применение информационных технологий в процессе банковского кредитования, в том числе предоставление консультационных услуг и деятельности PR-служб банков. В статье рассмотрена инновационная деятельность банков в части внедрения продуктов и услуг, которая бы обеспечивала укрепление конкурентных позиций отечественных банков на кредитном рынке.

У статті здійснено порівняльний аналіз функціонування банків та небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ на кредитному ринку України. Виокремлено спільні та відмінні риси в їх діяльності та виявлено конкурентні ознаки між ними. Наведено характеристику стратегії управління відносинами з клієнтами, яка уможливлює зростання ефективності співпраці з позичальниками банку та запобігання їх переходу до конкурентів. На основі узагальнення зарубіжного досвіду запропоновано застосування інформаційних технологій в процесі банківського кредитування, зокрема у сфері надання консультаційних послуг та діяльності PR-служб банків. В статті розглянуто інноваційну діяльність банків в частині впровадження продуктів і послуг, яка б забезпечувала зміцнення конкурентних позицій вітчизняних банків на кредитному ринку.
