Abstract

Определены основные пути совершенствования контроля и управления дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностью на предприятии. Разработана модель управления задолженностью. Определены приемы и основные приоритетные направления управления задолженностью.

Визначено основні шляхи вдосконалення контролю та управління дебіторською і кредиторською заборгованістю на підприємстві. Розроблено модель управління заборгованістю. Визначено прийоми та основні пріоритетні напрями управління заборгованістю.

The main ways of improving the management and control of payables and receivables of a company are defined. The model of the debt management is developed. The basic techniques and priority directions for the debt management are defined.
