Introduction.The article explores the essence of the conceptand components of the ―due diligence‖ procedure. The maintypes of due diligence and trends in the global merger andacquisition market in recent years are considered. Theconsequences and impact of military actions on entrepreneurshipand the economy of Ukraine are outlined. The dynamics of themerger and acquisition market in Ukraine are presented. Today,mergers and acquisitions of business entities are an effectivetool for ensuring effective financial and economic activities ofcompanies, as well as the main means of increasing investmentattractiveness and increasing the total value of assets bymultiplying them.Results. The ―effect‖ of social entrepreneurship is studied.The relevance and even necessity of social enterprises duringwar increases many times over. The reason of it is in particulargrowth of the number of socially vulnerable groups of thepopulation and the need for their social integration. The keyaspects of the importance of social entrepreneurship in the postwarreconstruction of the domestic economy are studied. Themain types of activities of social enterprises during the waryears are systematized.The role of the due diligence procedure in the process ofmerger and acquisition of social business, attracting investmentsand obtaining grants in the process of its activity in Ukraine isdetermined.Conclusion. It has been determined that conducting a duediligence procedure can help reduce possible risks associatedwith the legal, financial, technical and environmental aspects ofconcluding agreements.Proper use of due diligence tools in the process of mergersand acquisitions of companies, grant activities, will allowinvestors to obtain an objective assessment of the situationregarding the potential of social enterprises in the market andmake strategic decisions informed.

Окресленонаслідки та вплив воєнних дій для підприємництва та економіки України. Наведена динаміка ринкузлиття та поглинання компаній в Україні. Досліджений «ефект» соціального підприємництва – якактивної громадської позиції та підприємницької ініціативи в Україні в останні роки.
